Hello friends!

Our school is called “Hauptschule West Neumarkt”.

We are working in the Comenius project and would like to tell you something about us and our city, too.

In class M8b we’re fifeteen pupils, five boys and ten girls and in M8c we are five girls and ten boys. In this project we are working with our English teacher Josef Frankerl.

We think you would like our city, it´s small – 40.000 - and a very good place to live and to chill out. You can go to parks, visit our beautiful churches and museums or go swimming. There are many activities you can do here, for example we have got a youth centre called G6. You always meet friends, can play billiard, eat or drink something or do a lot of other activities, too. Perhaps you can help and work there.

Our school isn´t very big, we are about 240 pupils. We have got a big playground. In the hall there are ping-pong and football tables. We have got special rooms for woodword, needlework, cooking and two computer rooms.

In our school there are extracurricular activities, too, for example cheerleading and cooking according to the season.

PS:

We say thank you for the beautiful posters and information from Zaragoza. The chocolate was so yummy. We hope to see you in Neumarkt.

Greetings, M8b/c
